My name is Josh, i am currently majoring in liberal arts. Im going to try majoring in liberal arts because business adm. wasnt really working for me because i wasnt taking the time to improve my math and study skills. The year before i didn't do to well in school, so this year im looking forward to doing very well at bmcc. Right now im working at a community center in forest hills. Its pretty fun because i get to do what i love most and thats playing basketball.
This year I really want to do well so I could show my parents that i could accomplish my goals. None of my parents attended college, so if i graduate it would be a big accomplishment for the both of us. I also want to set an example for my two brothers coming up,

Julian Villanueva:Hi Josh, I know sometimes is hard to be good at school. The only thing I can tell you is that knowledge is power. Nowadays, school is the only way to improve your life. Especially if you are latino just as me. I don't really know you but I think you were born in the United States snd believe me, you have an amazing advantage over people like me that had to cross the border and learned english as a second language.
You have both parents that support you. Take advantage of it and try to do your besr at school. Honestly, I would like to be in yout situation.
