Toni Morrison urges women "not to participate in oppression of your sisters," she use the fact that cinderella's step sisters were beautiful and fair in appeaarance, elegant wkomen of status, and clearly women of power, in other words, they had a lot going for them. The problems here derives from their mother a woman who thought them to be cruel and unloving to another women. This cruelty that they ministered on Cinderella was treating her as an out sider in her own home. They refuse to including her in their actively, and not showing any loving feeling toward her. The irony of this is that generally women are nurturers and yet some women do not display these natural feelings to each other. She spoke about the abuse of there children,and abuse toward women. They work on sabotaging their growth, advance in life, and career advancement.
