Many years ago men only ruled society and women were not allowed to give any opinion. Time has changed, society has evolved to the best and women have voices to make resolutions. Men do not repress females the same as before, however, we are being oppressed by women who have professional’s authority to manage others. The power should not gather together to abuse another women. It is time to say good-by to the oppression and contribute to release the dominion of them. The article says "soon you will leave both the economic and the social status of the stepsisters and you will have their power," so be fair with others. Fight to get equal human rights for everybody, instead of enslaving them. We must work together, to stop professional violence. The author asks, females who have any kind of position not to over estimate others. “You are the women who will take your place in the world where you can decide who shall flourish and who shall wither;” don't stop the promotion of other women. I work for a restaurant in the maintenance’s department. My supervisor, unfortunately, is a woman. She is a mean woman with her employees. There are some employees who don’t speak English; when she refers to them she treats them without respect. She yells at them, she puts them down and makes them feel useless. She is a harsh old witch even though she is young. The employees don’t do anything against her because they depend on the job to feed their children and to give them an education. They cannot afford to leave the job because unemployment is increasing and a new job will be hard to find. These are some of the reasons why people accept humiliation. Authority should not give the power to control the destiny of others. If we unite to work together, no matter what position you carry out, we will achieve our dreams and we will eliminate professional violence.
“Cinderella” in the story, as a young lady had faced problems with her two evil sisters, who enjoyed enslaving her. Our young females are facing competitive violence in our society and we should not tolerate it. We should not allow our daughters to be influenced, or to imitate other young females who enjoy enslaving others. Television has become part of our competitive violence. Young females want to satisfy their competitive ambitions trying anything that is exposed on television. They want expensive clothes, make-ups, perfumes, trips, expensive cars and many other things. Any one who has a young daughter knows what I'm saying. Schools are other places where young females are exposed to competitive violence. They want to be the leaders, but others have to follow them. Peer pressure is another way of showing power to others, because it provides them control toward others. It is important mothers, who have young children to teach them self-respect and respect for others. Motivate and encourage them to work together as colleagues. Competitive violence will be reduce, if we pursuade them the importance of sharing and caring for others. the disadvantages of others should not be joy for them.
Emotional violence is widespread everywhere. Emotional violence affects women more than any other violence’s. Unfortunately, men had exposed women to psychological violence for many years so it is important to put an end to it. Mothers don’t allow your older daughters to debase psychologically against their own sisters, it can create frustration, aggravation, and mental blocks on them. Teach them respect for others. As skilled persons “don’t make choices based only on your security,” or based on your ambitions. Your decision must be the power that others need to succeed.
Too much ambition and competition between women cannot contribute positively to move forward. We want to live in a better society and have freedom, so we have to work together; violence is going to bring more violence. Other people have the same dreams as you, so help them to attain it. As the author says “freedom is to free somebody else.” Working together without prejudice against others we will make our dreams true. Stop the violence between each other. If you are a woman with high ambitions, work hard to rich it, but in your way don’t slave other or oppress other’s freedom.
