Feeling good about yourself is important. Many people suffer from low self esteem, due to lack of self confidence. Working with yourself is important, becasue the outside makes you feel good on the inside.
For many years, I worked on my physique to try to acomplish the body that I wanted. My goal was to loose 25 lbs, which I lost 30 lbs. I was extremly happy with the outcome of my weight loss. I felt like a completly different person, and I was finally happy. I struggled many years to have a healthy body, and I finally recieved the education on how to live and eat better and do it the proper way.
I owe my knowledge of weight lost to my very good friend and motivator, Fred Russo. Prior to meeting Fred I was uneducated on how to excersice properly and how to eat properly. I did plenty of cardio, thinking that was all my body needed to burn fat. I was wrong! He taught me that I needed to incorporated resistance training into my workouts, and if I wanted to loose weight I should workout 5 days per week. I started working my body parts out with weights and I began to loose weight very rapidly! i worked out each body part on different days of the week and had 2 days of rest. I also learned that what you eat can make or break you. I started eating "Clean", which consisted of making protein 70% of my diet and the rest would be veggies, carbs and fruit. I began to see changes in myself and I was so greatful for the knowledge that Fred had instilled in me.
I am happy with me now, and I also learned that when you put your mind to something you can achieve it! I achieved a goal that I always wanted. I look sharp and I feel sharp.
